Healthy food & game meat from Lower Austria

 

We run an hunting area which is over ​​5 ha in Triestingtal / Berndorf (Lower Austria). There is a  very high population of local venison-, wild boar- and deer game.

 

The topic of “healthy and natural food” appears daily in the media. In this context, game meat is very important as a high-quality natural product.

 

The meat is rather low in cholesterol and has a very low fat content, it is more tender than the meat of farm animals. Furthermore, game meat is very rich in protein.
