We would like to point out that for the purpose of making a reservation (by telephone, via E-Mai or via our website), we will store your data for later contract processing, such as the name, email and telephone number of the guest.

The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of transferring the credit card data when paying by card to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting consumption in our restaurant, as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) expires.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR.

The Small Print

 

General​

• Bringing your own food and beverages is not permitted.

• Our staff can provide information on allergens and intolerance.

• Begging, loitering and the sale of newspapers is forbidden.

• The instructions of our team must be adhered to in the case of an emergency.

• The seating of the guests is carried out individually by the team of the restaurant.

• We cannot guarantee a specific seating or table. 

• We reserve the right to prohibit admission to visibly drunk guests.

• The use of our lavatories is only allowed to our guests.

• Reserved tables will be reassigned after 15 minutes if they do not appear at the reserved time.

 

Group reservations from 8 persons

• We ask you to notify the person's guarantee number at the latest 24 hours before the event. This is the basis for the calculation.

• Additional orders on the spot are charged separately.

• We need a valid credit card number with expiration date to fix the reservation and for our security.

• From 35 persons up only an exclusive booking is possible.

• Please note that from 23:30 onwards, we have to charge € 60.- per hour.

• The invoice will be issued on the evening of your visit. We ask for payment in cash or by credit card. In order to guarantee smooth handling, other payment modalities are only possible by prior agreement.

• A resale of our services at an increased price is not permitted.

• All prices are quoted in Euro gross (including VAT excluding 10% service charge). Ef16 Restaurant is entitled to request a corresponding deposit.​

 

Cancellation conditions​

• A cancellation or change of your group reservation till 7 people is possible free of charge until 2 hours before the reservation date. 

• A cancellation or change of your group reservation from 8 to 16 people is possible free of charge until 24 hours before the reservation date.

• A cancellation or change of your group reservation from 17 people  or more is possible free of charge until 7 days before the reservation date.

• In case of a later cancellation, no-show or change of the number of persons we reserve the right to charge 100% of the menu price. At a la carte € 45,00 / person

Liability:

• The client has to answer for any loss or damage to the furniture or other furnishings that have been caused by his guests, as well as for any loss or damage which he himself has caused. This also applies to messiness which requires special cleaning.

• The restaurant is liable for brought along personal belonging of guests, that got lost or damaged by personal negligence of the restaurant team. 

• Children under 18 have to be under the supervision of an adult.

• Parents are responsible and are legally responsible for their children.

• Liability is excluded for belongings left at our wardrobe.

• Each guest agrees with this policy with entering our house and our outside garden.

• No a la carte Menu available.

• All prices are quoted in Euro gross (including VAT excluding 10% service charge).

• Reservations can be canceled until 16. of December. After 16 of December a 50% cancellation fee of the menu price will be charged.

• If the cancellation or no show within 24 hours to the reservation we will charge 100% of the menu price.​
