How the vast country tastes can be explored in a particularly enjoyable way. Depending on the season, regional specialties are prepared authentically and lovingly served - mostly based on original recipes from grandparents and great-grandparents.
A specialty is the famous breaded fried chicken with potato and field salad and above all the already legendary venison specialties such as wild boar dumplings, home-smoked deer, boar sausages and game dishes in their best variations.
At the end we offer regional desserts, dumplings in all variations and not to forget Susi's chocolate mousse from Valhrona chocolate - a poem!
